We got the EAD receipt for both of us.My EAD Status says card ordered but my spouses EAD is still pending. Any one in a similar situation? FP Notices receive for both of us.

I am on H-4 here. Back in India i worked for a while but dint file my tax return :(
Now for GC, if I mention the previous work ex in the form, do I need to provide the returns or something??

Talk to an attorney he should be able to kiss your employer's ass with lot of things.
If your employer is paying more than what is mentioned in H1B, then you cannot do anything.
If you are working on % basis, then forget about 14k if till you work for him, prorate of H1B pay is paid.

Is it possible to group and ungroup those rectangles? I mean, it should be possible that since you did it (I believe) but how did you? And is there a way to undo it?

I got H1 this year. I was applied my ssn on oct 9 th. still i didn't get my ssn number. two days back ssn people called and told that "in online it is showing your EAd card. so we can give u ssn if you bring the EAD card". My question is if i give my EAD, will the h1 get cancelled. please suggest me.
Dont worry, showing EAD to SSA office will not cancel or invalid your H1B. Goto SSA office and tell them you have both H1B as well as EAD.

I am currently working for Company A and would like to join company B on EAD. I have a valid EAD and would use it to switch over.
My question is
1. what document's are needed to send to USCIS for AC 21 for/from company B.
2. Do I need to send any documents?

Can I count part time experience obtained before my Bachelors degree for an EB2 petition?
I have 2.5 years of part time experience, can we use this and apply with MBA+1 requirements?

Fancy meeting you here, dohko! The experience at half time can be counted to be 1/2 time itself - i.e. 2 years under 20 hrs./week = 1 yr. full time.
Your experience however has to be obtained AFTER your Bachelor's degree.
